I've been working in the design industry for the last 20 years and I'm also a very keen traveler–talking a lot about 📷 photography & 📱 technology.

Over the years I had the opportunity to spend some time in great companies, focusing on solving complex problems.

Here's a short introduction of what I mean by that:

Shaping the future of mobility.

👨‍💻Vice President of UX

Leading a remote UX department across Europe, focused on scaling & building strong Product Design, UX Research, Content and Localisation teams.

Key achievements:

• We've build up a strong, diverse & mature UX department, working remotely across multiple countries.
• We've developed a UX strategy which has led to a significant increase in the customer centricity in the company & allowed for more opportunities to create value for customers by improving our Product Discovery.
• We've scaled our service from taxi hailing to introducing private-hire hailing allowing customers to choose the best option for them.
• We've integrated new providers on our platform becoming a super mobility app: electric scooters, mopeds, electric bikes, car sharing, car rentals & public transport while keeping consistency and an easy to use app.
• We've scaled our business across new countries across the EU (Romania, France, Greece) and adapted our service and localisation to sound as local as it gets.
• We've worked on several M&As and maintained across the years a +4.5 stars rating while safely moving customers from different platforms.

Leading and scaling the Product Design team while creating the UX Research team in an effort to increase the maturity & impact of the department.

Leveraging the network opportunities to create impactful products.

👨‍💻User Experience Designer (Contractor)

Had the opportunity to work on a couple of innovative projects at the time (Vodafone Protect, Vodafone Cloud, Vodafone Music, Vodafone 360) but also focus on crafting solutions for Vodafone's Incubation team (IoT, fintech etc.).

Simplifying the VAT returns process.

👨‍💻Co-founder

Co-founded vat4u in order to disrupt a very traditional space in the Finance industry by creating an innovative product meant to automize and simplify the recovery of VAT across Europe. Focused on creating the product & building a team around it.

Webcore / Webko

Helping small & mid-size companies grow an online presence.

⌛️ 2008 → 2012
👨‍💻Creative Director (Co-founder)

Worked on designing & developing solutions for small-mid size companies with a focus on branding, corporate identity & product design. Merged Webko with Webcore in 2009 to build a stronger studio with multiple design & tech disciplines.

Side Projects

I like to challenge myself and spend time working on little side projects, thinking of new and creative ideas to solve different problems.

Over the time I've managed to help companies, start-ups & friends from all over the world to improve or take their first steps into the digital world.
