Mentoring

In 2021 I started offering 2 slots per week (pro-bono) to people around the world interested in learning more about Product Design & Leadership.

Initially I was a bit skeptical over the value I could offer in such a short session, however 3 years later I think this was one of the best decisions I took.

Although I keep a large list of topics I can support people with, from Product Discovery, Product Strategy to Design Leadership, I did saw a lot more interest in specific areas:

1. Designers looking to take their first steps towards a management role;
2. Early stage startups (Founders) looking to validate their Product-Market-Fit;
3. Design processes that lead to increased trust or customer centricity;

Speaking opportunities

I do join from time to time different events where I talk about customer-centricity, ways of working to build up design trust and the experience of working with multiple C-levels on design topics.
